  • This sequence should only be done by students who are past their first 14 days of Covid and do not have any comorbidities. Please stop the sequence if you feel short of breath, weak and tiredness in the limbs

  • Props needed: 2 blocks; 1 strap ; 2 blankets; 2 chairs ; 1 bolster or 2 x folded blankets as a bolster
